The Wilder Building at 1 East Main Street is OakGrove Development's newest aquisition.  Located at The Four Corners in the middle of downtown city center, built in 1888, it is one of the country's first modern skyscrapers.
In recent history, the building has been home to many legal professionals.  But as law firms have largely moved out into suburban office parks, it is our vision to reposition the Wilder as a multi use hub of artists,  health & wellness professionals, and start up companies looking for affordable office space in which to grow their company!
The building is comprised of approximately 66,000 square feet spread across 11 stories, and features two passenger elevators, high ceilings, and abundant natural light!
